It’s Wicked Cold Bub


It is wicked cold here/everywhere. Many times when I complain about the cold people tell me that I should be used to it because I am from Maine. Yes they are correct I am used to it but I don’t like it and never have. I actually would rather be sweltering then have a chill. And once my piggy toes get cold there is nothing that can warm me up. With that said I am over this cold weather just like everyone else out there but I am not going to let it stop my day or my workout!

Monday: Treadmill workout

Tuesday: Push Day – squats & Press & Stairmaster HIIT

Wednesday: 4 miles on the treadmill & TRX Ab session

Thursday: Pull Day – Dead lift & Back

Friday: HIIT

10 Squats

20 KB Swings

10 Reverse Lunge to Press

10 Chin up to push up

500m Row

Repeat 3x

Saturday: 5 miles & Yoga class with the BF 😉

Sunday: OFF

FYI: It was Ash Wednesday this week. Did you get your ashes? What are you sacrificing or giving up for Lent? I am giving up negative self talk & thought. More on that next week! If your not catholic or religious I challenge you to give up or sacrifice something for the next 40 days and see what impact it has.
