A workout designed to help you survive a zombie apocalypse:
If you think you are prepared to survive a zombie outbreak give this workout a go and we will see just how long you survive mwahahaha.
Sure you may have your evacuation route mapped out and have multiple hide out shelters fully stocked with the most delicious canned goods but, if you are really ready you will know that you have to be prepared for the unexpected. Things are bound to go wrong and most likely you will have to run/walk long distances, battle off the dead and of course assist those who aren’t going to make it on their own. All that being said here is s great workout that will give you good endurance, strong glute muscles, upper body strength ( for when you need to shlep someone over your shoulder) and good grip strength (so your hands don’t cramp up when using whatever weapon you have at your disposal). Squat Thrusters (heavy weight) – 15
Pull ups – 10
Floor Crawls – Down and back one length of room
Spider Push ups – 15
Manmakers – 15
500 meter row as fast as you can.
Complete 4 rounds no rest in between the sets
If you don’t feel like a dead man walking after this workout then your chances of surviving are looking pretty good!
